A new chocolatey treat for after a workout…


This is a very complicated drink…

You must very carefully pour 1 cup of chocolate milk 2% baby…

Into a cup.

Then take instant esspresso powder….

Sprinkle it on top of the chocolate milk…

Then MIX.

Oh Snap.

DRINK IT BABY!

  • Take your favorite bread (white, wholewheat wutever)
  • Next, a homemade jam ; my personal preference is raspberry
  • Then all natural peanut butter with chunks.... Mmmmmmmm
  • Toast bread just a little...
  • The slop on the topppings. Jam on one side, then PB on the other
  • Cut diagonal (Triangles taste better)
  • And CHOMP CHOMP
